Whether you are looking for a specific piece (e.g., a beloved childhood record, a Rialto water bottle, an ice shaver from the 1920s, or a Martha Washington table with the spool shelves instead of the bins) or you are building a collection, I'm always glad to keep an eye out for the things you want. Just drop me a note at julentiques at gmail dot com, and we'll work from there.

This fabulous Blenko Glass (Blenko Glass Company) decanter is in Wheat, and has the original oval V stopper. There are no dings or scratches. It is 9 inches high (the stopper comprises 2 inches of it) and 5.5 inches wide at its widest point. It weighs about 2 lbs, and I estimate the boxes and packing materials will add 4-5 pounds to the total.
Blenko is (and has been for more than 75 years) hand-made and hand-blown at the family-run factory in Milton, West Virginia. Well known for their excellence in design, brilliant colors, and appearances on PBS, Blenko has been creating gorgeous glass (stained, architectural, decorative, and tableware) since 1921. Blenko is iconic, beautiful, and highly collectible.
Each piece of hand-blown glass is (subtly, in some cases) unique: dimensions may vary up to an eighth of an inch; swirls and bubbles may appear within the glass as part of the creation, and colors may vary slightly from the original model or catalog image. Scratches or water damage on the surface are a different matter and will be described in the product description.
I will be happy to provide additional photographs in detail or aggregate if you have any concerns or questions about condition, color, or other features.
Local pickup is available to folks in Central Virginia (or at one of the shows I attend - see sidebar). Please email me if you'd like this option.
